 Ennerdale Horseshoe - Saturday 6th JuneI'm going to head up to the lakes for the so have 4 spaces if anyone's interested. Probably head up friday evening (after Castleton?) and stay at my nan's or early on saturday as 11am start. Back to Sheff sat evening.
Have to act quick to enter as it's pre entry only (closes on the 30th May) but can e-mail the organiser Race details: SAT.JUN 6. ENNERDALE HORSESHOE (R). AL. 11.00 a.m. 23m/7500' from Ennerdale Scout Camp (GR 085153). £8.50 (includes SPORTident dibber) pre-entry only, cheques payable to "CFRA". Teams free. ER/LK/NS. Over 18. Records: 3.20.57 K.Stuart 1985; f. 4.01.33 J. McIver 2008. No toilets. One week earlier this year due to availability of camp site start and finish area. Re: Ennerdale Horseshoe - Saturday 6th June Nope, Scotland for me. Was thinking Castleton, Ennerdale, then potential hobble round (or more likely spectate) at Edale for a good weekend... Not sure how much I'll be up to this long a race just after my project hand in though -at least it's looking reasonably cool atm.
And yeah nic, the record's been pretty solid for the last 24 years. Took 18yrs bedfore Jannet came and knocked 3 1/2 minutes off the womans too! |
