Post Training this week
Incase anyone hasn't been re-added to the new mailing list..

Hey everyone!

I hope that everyone who came to the fell run today enjoyed it! Here's what's going on for the rest of the week..

Monday - Circuits - 5.30-6.30 - this is strength training which is absolutely ideal for anyone wanting to just get fit but also perfect for running training.

Monday night is pub night! Fox and Duck in Broomhill from 8.30.

Tuesday - Intervals - 6.15 at Goodwin - We will meet at the gates and run down to Endcliffe Park, there's a short warm up then roughly 30mins of intervals. Please note it will be on grass.

Wednesday - SYO Clubnight - 6.45 at Pearson Building, Sport Hallam (map attached) - South Yorkshire Orienteers (SYO) is the local orienteering club and this session is mainly aimed at those of you who are interested in orienteering. This week will be some orienteering technical training led by ShUOC captain GG's Bitch Street and is suitable for everyone, including those wanting to start orienteering or see what it's all about!

Thursday - Hills - 6.30 at Goodwin - We will jog from Goodwin to find some hills to run up and down.. This will be on roads.

Saturday - Give It A Go Orienteering - 2pm meet at The Edge and we'll run down to Endcliffe Park.

Sunday - Fell Run - Meet at Hunters Bar (map attached) at 12. We will then catch a bus to Hathersage, an area close to where we ran today. Please bring money for the bus and pub, we have a table booked at Little Johns, warm clothes and some water.

Please don't feel like you have to turn up to everything but it would be great to see you all!

For any additional easy runs that people are going on check the forum:

Our first social will be on Wednesday Oct 5th where we'll be going for a meal at BBs before heading to ROAR. The club can get cheaper tickets so please let us know if you would like one either by email, posting on the forum or telling someone at training.

See you soon!
