Wednesday 29th late afternoon 4.30pm/5ish?

I know GG's Bitch & Kris want to do it but not this week with JEC at the weekend. Most people have wednesday afternoons off...

Yeah, I was thinking either then or the Friday of that week. Wednesday probably makes more sense though. Bole Hill Park as usual - assuming someone has maps we can use?

I got the file of Schorah, it's on my old computer so lost the file.

we need to be careful regards marketing it to new members - i.e. don't!

EDIT: NOT HAPPENING. SEE BELOW.

Ok, this Wednesday then - meeting in Bole Hill Park at half 5.

Dan's managed to find the map file. Does someone else want to volunteer to sort the orienteering side of things i.e. plan some courses/hang some (toilet paper) controls? Ideally we'd have about 4-5 shortish loops. I'll do it if need be but it'd probably be rubbish.

Would be good if I could have some idea of numbers beforehand so I know how much stuff to buy. Post here please.

And yeah, what Nic said in the post above this.

Very good start at not marketing it to Freshers considering we've been telling them to come on the forum to find out what happens with runs and things....

Actually that reminds me, but this isn't going to end up clashing with the 'extra' GIAG-style orienteering we're doing around Endcliffe next week (I think I remember that being at 2 at the Edge, so that should leave enough time?) I'll change the date/time for this if need be.

Ok, we're postponing this because a) the weather is a bit rubbish for it at the moment and b) on balance I'd rather have it at a time when it's a bit more inclusive for new club members.
