ShUOC intervals 6:30pm from monument by large open field in Endcliffe cliff park. Grass reps.
Hallamshire Harriers leave club house by Hillsborough park at 6pm usually to go and do road intervals. Not sure what happening today with the snow.
Don't know what either session would be. ShUOC session probably lasts 25mins, not including warm up and down. Hallamshire thursday intervals are generally longer than ShUOC ones I think, but don't qoute me on that!
Did you think you'd have some time in UK to be out of the snow?!

Sing together now everyone:
"Gaz kissed GG and he liked it"

many renditions of which will be heard tonight. Hell, I may even show up for once!

Schnowballs!
